Neeley has been in the veterinary field since May 2014. She attended Pierpont Community and Technical College and graduated with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in May 2017. She then went on to pass her VTNE that same year, giving her a license in veterinary technology. After further exposure in the field, Neeley decided that she wanted to specialize in canine rehabilitation. In order to do so, she was enrolled through the University of Tennessee Knoxville, where she completed the schooling to obtain the credentials of a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner. Neeley joined the AVS team in the winter of 2022. After just a few days, there was no denying that this is where she was meant to be! Her dedication to the care of our patients, as well as owner education, is a valued part of our practice.
In her spare time, Neeley loves being outdoors and spending time with her fiancé, son and their 3 dogs. Whether it be hunting, fishing, camping, or just tending to all the members of her “funny farm,” every moment is enjoyed.
*Growing up, she was always told that she had a connection with animals that most others did not. There was no denying that her heart was with the furry ones!
